When my husband passed away suddenly, I had to figure out a way to keep a roof over my head and feed our family of four fast!
I didn't have a college education. But I took the leap anyway.
Not knowing how to get started and with no help in sight, my head was spinning with how to generate leads and find the money trail.
It honestly sent me down some rabbit holes.
But when I learned the right way to prospect for Buyers and Sellers, I started to get traction and I created a system where I quickly realized something.
As a realtor, I tried my hand at various general contract jobs and hundreds of other experiments.
The first few years were tough and HARD.
Those first years were scary. I was going through so many different emotions. So I finally made the PIVOT after learning a few lessons the hard way.
I discovered that I loved helping people and fulfilling their dreams.
I was able to find that there truly is a need for good quality real estate agents that cared about their clients, their families, and their dreams for their families.
So, I focused on what worked and I made that my priority.
I learned how to ensure that I was putting time into the right things so I could help others achieve their goals with laser focus.
I learned how to save time and be efficient.
I learned how to network the right way.
I learned how to create a CRM that pays.
Except responsibility for your actions.
Be accountable for your results.
Take ownership of your mistakes.
I learned how to network like a boss so I could save time, grow my business smarter, and take joy in the fruits of my successes.
And best of all, I had the honor of helping other real estate agents avoid the pitfalls of building a real estate empire and build an amazing referral funnel on their own.
