At Cynda Sells Coaching, we really strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.
However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies for each one.
Online Courses
When you sign up for Cynda Sells Coaching courses, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.
Because of the nature of the Product, we can’t provide refunds for online courses.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to the online course until the end of your payment term.
Protecting You as a Member
In the early days of our online courses, we did often give refunds when a member wasn’t fully satisfied.
However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing the course content, downloading the tools, watching the content, and even scouring the community for sensitive information shared by other members, only to request a refund.
Because members of our online courses gain the most value when they are open about their projects in the community, we just can’t allow that kind of behavior to happen. This policy protects members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.
What to Do if You’ve Registered for the Course and Aren’t Satisfied
We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for an online course member that we can’t solve with a little communication. Here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of the online courses.
If you’re having trouble with building your client lead generation funnel, or you’re struggling to implement something taught in the online course, start by posting about it in the Cynda Sells Coaching community. Cynda is an active participants as are many other members and we’re all very eager to help you succeed!

Exception to this Policy
The return policy applies to new signups as well a renewals. However, if a members forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.
Mentored Masterminds
Mentored Masterminds are a commitment that also involves other members. As such, masterminds cannot be refunded due to the nature of the product.
PRIVATE COACHING
Due to the nature of the private coaching, one on one sessions are unique to the individual that requires time. Thus, this is not refundable.
Online Tools & Resources
These are similar in nature to online courses as you will receive access to course content only available for active members.
As such, these tools and resources cannot be refunded.
Retreats & Conferences
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone else by sending a message to cyndasells{at}gmail.com.
